This is the official post-election meeting of the Johnson County Libertarian Party Organizational Meeting. Everyone that is interested is welcome, and the Johnson County LP will be appointing worthy people to positions on the committee.

From Bill Wayne, our current (and my guess will be future) Johnson County Chair:

Our organizational meeting iaw state statutes will be in the
Commissioners Chambers, Johnson County Courthouse, on Tuesday, 8/19/08,
at 6 PM.

If you are unable to attend but are willing to be appointed to a
precinct committeeman/ committeewoman please let me or Randy know. You
need to have been a resident of the precinct for 1 year - your precinct
(not just voting location) should be on your voter card. If you're not
sure, you can probably find out at www.jococourthouse. com.
