"Damned tough choice, but probably the War on Drugs"

What is your favorite government program? Would you be willing to give up that program to cut your taxes?

"Probably the Government Accounting Office (GAO) that tries to inflict a little accountability on government agencies, or the Congressional Research Service, which actually does honest research for congressmen (not that they pay any heed to what CRS finds)"
