Meetup Description: Tri-County Tea Party

Bring some tea bags and join your fellow Americans to voice your
opposition to bloated government, deficit spending and increasing
federal debt. Bring your tea bags to sign and send to Congress. The
Friendswood Tea Party will be held at Centennial Park, 2200 Friendswood
Drive, Friendswood from 5PM to 7PM on April 14, 2009.

The citizens of Friendswood, Texas will present Congressman Olson with a
sea chest filled with personally signed teabags along with a signed
petition carrying the message to Congress of – WE THE PEOPLE SAY NO -
and - WHAT PART OF NO DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND?

The sea chest will be carried by Friendswood children to Congressman
Olson’s truck along with the respectful request that he find a way take
it back to Washington, DC and both physically and publicly deliver it to
Congress and in particular to the Speaker of the House of
Representatives.

Friendswood children represent the millions of American children that
will be sentenced to carry the burden of the unprecedented debt incurred
by the dishonorable actions of the 111th Congress and current President
of the United States.
