-HCLP ExCom Meeting [5 to 5:30 PM]
-Candidate Enlistment/Photos/Notary [Start at ~5:30]
-Dinner while candidate enlistment continues [Anytime]
-Candidate Presentations [6 to 7 PM: one hour]
-Social Hour [7-8PM]

A public notary will be available to notarize candidate's paperwork.

Each declared candidate will have the opportunity to speak to the audience: time will be allocated among candidates who are present.

Deadline for prospective candidates to file paperwork "Application for Nomination" is end of day on Jan 4th. Please don't wait to the last minute! Please attend this meeting, or you can send a notarized form to Robert Butler, as follows:
