Dear all:

Due to the number of RSVPs, we must change the location of the meeting Thursday night. We now meet at Manuel's Tavern in the North Avenue Room at the same time (8:00 PM). The address and phone number are availble on the Meetup site and the forthcoming reminder email.

Since Manuel's graciously allows groups to use their rooms for free, please remember the following:

1) If you RSVPed yes, attend the meeting. We do not want to waste their space.

2) There is still time for you to RSVP yes! There will be some changes forthcoming in the group, and this will be a very exciting time for you to get involved and have a say.

3) Manuel's will not split checks, so please do one of the following: BRING CASH to pay for what you buy, or start an individual tab at the bar (for some reason they will do this but not split checks. I haven't quite figured it out).

I apologize for the lateness of this change. The Brewhouse is very busy on Thursday nights and they do not have separate meeting rooms or take reservations. So there was a large chance that we would have ended up not all being able to sit together.

Someone will be at the Brewhouse to make sure that any stragglers who don't get this message get re-directed to the right place.

Please join us for our regular monthly meetup (which we have not had for a while due to a long campaign season).

This meeting will be both a social time and a chance to plan an outreach event within the Atlanta metro. We will discuss and decide on several ideas and will leave with a definite plan for some type of outreach.

If you have an idea that you care greatly about, please let me know about it in advance and we can add it to the agenda. If you have an idea, please provide me with the date, location, cost, any materials needed, and what we would be trying to accomplish.
