Big L and little l

This meetup is for libertarians and Libertarians. Note the "big L" and "little
l. " What's the difference you might ask? Geeze! So glad you asked...

The "big L" folks are involved in the political process and participate
in activities that are for promoting candidates to get into office. Now,
in my opinion, the "big L" people tend to be of the transitional sort; that is,
willing to compromise for some government involvement in lives, but in the
direction of smaller government.

The "small l" libertarians recognize that any government involvement in a
political process is by nature a contradiction. Also, "small l" libs are
either minarchists or anarchists. I have to caution you on the word
"anarchist" because recently the term has evolved to have odd socialist
tendencies.

Personally, I consider myself a complete Austrian economic free marketeer and
not just limited government, but absolutely no government. But I'm willing
to compromise and participate in a more acceptable and suitable conversation
for some 'transitional' means of reducing government from what it is today to
a reduction. But any reduction will surely be difficult to achieve, since
over 53% of the population depend on government spending!
