Natalie Mullis has been one of the Colorado General Assembly's economists since November 1998. She received her Masters of Arts in Economics in 1998 and her Bachelors of Arts in Economics, Summa Cum Laude, in 1994. Both degrees were obtained from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Natalie's primary job responsibilities include forecasting the Colorado economy, forecasting state government revenue, analyzing the fiscal impacts of legislative bills, and educating legislators and the public about the Taxpayer's Bill of Rights, Referendum C, Amendment 23, the Gallagher Amendment, and the state budget. Natalie has been married for 13 years and has a six-year-old son.
