The Washington County LP will meet at 10:30 AM on Saturday, January 31, at Elmer's Restaurant on Waterhouse Ave. in Beaverton. There are several Elmer's in the area; this one is just off the Bethany/Cornell Rd exit of Hwy 26, near 158th Ave. A Sweet Tomato Restaurant and a huge Shell gas station are nearby.

Our first order of business will be to find a new county secretary, as our previous secretary was recently co-opted by the state party. If you have county LP business to bring up, please submit a short writeup to me a week before the meeting.

We will attempt to complete actual business as quickly as possible, then get on with post-election analysis and the usual patriotic sedition over eggs, pancakes, coffee or whatever. (Homeland Security, is three weeks sufficient notice for you to bug our tables?)

Although advance notice is not required, if you let me at d.long@ix.netcom.com know you are coming it will help me reserve sufficient seating.

Cheers and tanstaafl. --dave long, Chairhuman, LPWC.
