A state by state breakdown of winners and losers? It seems to me that Indiana, with relatively inexpensive insurance at present, stands to be one of the biggest losers in the proposed system. There are other states who will be big losers too and those citizens should be made aware that their costs will rise by much more than the $1,700 currently predicted. If anyone has seen anything like this please let me know. I will keep looking.
