Democrat Louis Mahern, a member of the Kernan-Shepard Commission and a former state senator, will be a special guest speaker at the Libertarian Party's Marion County business meeting.

He will be presenting the findings of the Indiana Commission on Local Government Reform: "Streamlining Local Government".
