We have two meetups for the fourth of July.We have the Ventura Tax Tea Party at the Government Center on Victoria in Ventura and the Libertarian Booth at the Ventura Street Fair, downtown Main Street, Booth #85. To volunteer email Dana or Susan.The Tea party will be from 11am to 2pm .There will also be a tea party in Thousand Oaks.With the Government takeover of healthcare and the new powers proposed for the FED it is more important than ever that we not sit on the sidelines.We must get in the game if we want to bring liberty back to America.

Warped Tour Libertarian Booth - Need Volunteers!

Across the nation the Libertarian Party has been given free space to set up a booth at their local Warped Tour. This will be a huge gathering of music fans. Let's take advantage of this opportunity to get the Libertarian message out to a large number of young people who haven't yet gotten stuck in the Republican/Democrat rut. We need volunteers to cover the booth for this all-day event. All or part of your admission would be paid for by the County Party, but you'll need to set up specific times to qualify. Contact Dana as soon as possible if you want to volunteer. Even if you can't commit, be sure to stop by the booth while you're there. We can use everybody's help to send out Libertarian vibes to Ventura County.

Magna Carta Exhibit

Libertarian outing to view the historic Magna Carta, dated 1215 AD. This document was the cornerstone of individual freedom whose ideas gave birth to our Constitution. $12 entry fee. Afterwards we can enjoy lunch (at own expense) in museum restaurant.
