    I hope you can come to Augusta in the morning to hear the author of Shadows of Power, The Council on Foreign Relations And The American Decline. (Senator/Best Western at 10:00 a.m. You would still have plenty of time to get back to Rockland by 2. (I have another Perloff speech at the Fireside Inn at the Auburn Exit on the Interstate at 2:30, so I can't make your meeting. Don Folkers
